How to Fit the Entire 8.5GB DVD to A Single DVD-RW?

Requirements
First, you need to have a DVD writer that supports DVD-RW. Second, you need to have a Windows computer. Third, you must have a DVD shrink tool that is able to compress the entire DVD-9 to a DVD-RW.
